Are you experiencing high anxiety due to your job or career? Are you constantly thinking about work and finding it hard to unwind at the end of your day? Are you finding it difficult to fall or stay asleep at night?

Job Stress can present itself in different ways. Sometimes it comes out as Anger, Irritability or even Depression. Feeling stuck in your job can become paralyzing and give you a sense of hopelessness.

By contacting me, you can gain control over your life again. Together, we can define exactly what you need to change. You will be able to make minor adjustments that will create more balance in your life. I can help you to identify, clarify, and implement the changes you're seeking. I will offer insight and helpful tools that you can keep and continue to use in the future, so you can learn to overcome any obstacles holding you back.

You may be thinking, "Yes, I’m unhappy at work, but I don’t need therapy!” If that’s the case, you’re in luck, because I offer several options to help guide you through your unique circumstances.

The first option is simple. I’m a great listener, so if you just want a neutral person to bounce ideas off of or even vent your frustrations to, I'm here.

When you share your thoughts out loud, your vision becomes clearer. The pathway you need to take develops.

Another benefit to meeting with me, instead of a family member or friend, is that I won't criticize your ideas or list the reasons why you shouldn't change. I can motivate you and help you to plan your next move.



Another option is life coaching. I have created a 4-week program to help you to clarify your employment vision and set goals to make the changes you need. It's complete with homework to identify what you need and will help you to set and obtain your personal and professional goals.

A third option is to do therapy. Though counseling can still have a negative stigma, I hope that you will hear me out before you dismiss this option. There are many benefits to therapy. These include improved interpersonal skills, help changing self-defeating habits, increased confidence and decision making skills, and relief from your symptoms.

I do Solution Focused Therapy (SFT) in which we will focus on finding what works, making small adjustments, and improving your outlook in a short period of time. In a few short sessions we can get you on the road to a better, less stressful, place.
